The Assisted Reproductive Techniques (ART) are used to support couples in achieving a pregnancy. They are used usually when operations and hormone methods have failed.

The founder of this Center was Dr. Haroldo López, with more than 30 years of experience; he developed the first infertility clinic in Guatemala in the year of 1976. In 1990 he started the first In Vitro Fertilization Program in Guatemala, and achieved the first pregnancy with this technique in Central America. Since then, every year children are born thanks to that program.
